The aim of the project was to develop a creative concept and build the rich display advertising ads based on the video content: Introducing Adobe Experience Cloud.

  • Short timings to deliver the display ads
  • Brand consistency across multiple campaigns
  Solution
  • Incremental approach to development. The creative concept had been developed before the video was supplied. After receiving the video content, the development team was briefed.
  • Ensured all rich media ads comply with the previous campaigns in terms of brand consistency, styling and functionality.

Team

I managed a cross-functional team consisting of a senior designer, developers and offshore QA team. Implementation was managed in collaboration with the ad serving platform DoubleClick (Google) and distributed across various channels.
